What is Aromatherapy?

     Aromatherapy is is a holistic healing treatment that uses natural plant extracts to promote health and well-being. I use high quality essential oils medicinally to improve the health of the body, mind, and spirit.

It enhances both physical and emotional health.

What can Aromatherapy help with?

      The aromatherapy techniques I use, seamlessly combines the physical healing properties of the plants and powerful energy healing techniques, to assist in improving any physical or emotional ailment.

 

      This includes stress, infections, chronic illness, inflammation, high blood pressure, cancer, allergies, injuries, chronic pain, psychological disorders, grief, addiction and much more.

What is a session like?

   Most of the time you will simply be guided to inhale an oil with slow deep breaths. Sometimes I will guide you through a meditative experience of focusing on certain parts of the body in order to add in a more effective energy healing session. Some oils may also be ingested with water, put directly on the skin, or used in an oil to gently massage into the skin.

Each session will be entirely dependent on what you need in that moment. Some sessions will have a small portion of essential oils added in, some might consist almost entirely of aromatherapy, while other sessions might not need any oils at all.
